Chadbourne Represents Sovereign Bank in Wind Farm Sale-Leaseback
Chadbourne represented Sovereign Bank, a subsidiary of Banco Santander, in connection with the sale-leaseback of a 102.5 MW wind farm in California with enXco, the US development arm of Electricité de France, the French national utility, as the seller/lessee. This is one of only a handful of wind farms that have been financed using sale-leasebacks in the US.
