Chadbourne Obtains Injunction on Infringing Product
Chadbourne obtained a temporary restraining order and injunction against a foreign company with a product that infringed ten patents held by our client, a Fortune 500 company. As a result of the litigation, filed in Nevada days before the competitor was to introduce the product at a trade show, the defendant cannot sell, import or display its competing product domestically.
Claim Construction Ruling Results in Favorable Settlement
Chadbourne represented Rockwell Automation, Inc. in defending against a patent infringement lawsuit brought in the Northern District of Ohio. Chadbourne’s lawyers were able to obtain a highly favorable claim construction ruling from the court, which led to a favorable settlement for Rockwell.

Represented a Fortune 500 company in a patent infringement lawsuit in the Western District of Wisconsin. The patents at issue involved software and hardware technologies used for factory automation. The trial was before a jury. Chadbourne obtained a US$10 million jury verdict for the client.
