Zbigniew Skórczyński’s practice focuses on domestic and international corporate, business and banking law. His experience includes regulatory matters relating to joint ventures, currency exchange, customs and banking law, general corporate practice, arbitration, and project, trade and receivables finance, as well as real estate, hotel and gaming matters, and derivative instruments. He represents leading domestic and foreign banks in financing the projects in Poland and abroad and financial institutions in currency, interest rate and commodities swap transactions (ISDA). Mr. Skórczyński advises investors in a consumer products manufacturing development, including initial public offering, and on mergers and acquisitions in a broad range of industries, including the food processing and pharmaceutical sector.

- Represented an international consortium in its development of a €60 million hotel and apartment project.
- Represented a leading central European bank in its financing of the International Business Center, an office and retail project.
- Represented a major bank in a number of its ship finance transactions.

- Represented an Austrian bank in its financing of a number of office projects in Poland.
- Advised investors in a consumer products manufacturing development, including its initial public offering.
