• Assisting in the establishment of a major Polish steelmaker on the basis of assets of a Warsaw steel mill (Huta Lucchini). 
• Advised in the acquisition of shares in one of Poland’s largest cigarette producers by a French tobacco company. 
• Advised in the restructuring of a major holding of Polish cable producers. 
• Advised in the acquisition of shares in a major Polish paper mill (currently Mondi Packaging Paper Świecie S.A.) by an international packaging company. 
• Represented Fabryka Samochodów Osobowych S.A., an automobile manufacturer, in negotiations with its lenders, shareholders and potential investors. 
• Represented a group of major creditors, including five banks, in the financial restructuring and privatization of Huta Częstochowa S.A., the largest Polish supplier of steel products for the shipbuilding industry. 
• Represented the controlling shareholder of Grupa LOTOS S.A., a Polish oil refinery, in its initial public offering. 
• Represented Powszechny Zakład Ubezpieczeń S.A. (PZU), the largest insurance company in Poland, in its acquisition of an insurance group in Ukraine.
