• Advised Nafta Polska S.A., a state-owned company established to restructure and privatize the oil and heavy chemicals sectors in Poland, in connection with the privatization program for companies belonging to the Great Chemical Synthesis sector (Zakłady Azotowe w Tarnowie-Mościcach S.A. and ZAK S.A.) and Ciech S.A.
• Represented foreign industry and capital investors in their take-overs of a number of Polish enterprises, such as: Celuloza Świecie (currently Mondi Świecie S.A.), Zakłady Przemysłu Tytoniowego w Radomiu (currently Gallaher Sp. z o.o.), Fabryka Maszyn Papierniczych FAMPA.
• Headed a team of lawyers advising Fabryka Samochodów Osobowych S.A. in the process of debt restructuring and privatization, including negotiations with the company's lenders, shareholders and potential investors.
• Represented a group of major creditors in the financial restructuring and privatization of Huta Częstochowa S.A.
• Represented the controlling shareholder of Grupa LOTOS S.A., Poland’s second largest oil company, in its initial public offering.
• Represented Powszechny Zakład Ubezpieczeń S.A. (PZU), the largest insurance company in Poland, in its acquisition of an insurance group in Ukraine.
• Represented Złomrex S.A. in its acquisition of an organized split-off part of Stalexport S.A.
• Represented Rolimpex S.A. in negotiations regarding EBRD’s capital investment in Rolimpex S.A.
