The Women of Chadbourne

Women hold several key leadership positions at Chadbourne. Women partners manage our Kyiv, Ukraine and Moscow, Russia offices. Moreover, the Firm's Employment and Middle East North Africa (MENA)/Turkey Corporate practice groups, as well as the Diversity and Pro Bono Committees, are led by women.

Chadbourne is enhancing women’s experience at the Firm in a number of ways. The Women’s Initiatives Group (WIG) fosters professional, social and personal development for all of the Firm’s women attorneys. WIG holds regular events around topics of interest to its members, incoming associates and summer associates. Topics for educational luncheons have included business development, financial planning and work-life balance. WIG also hosts social events such as wine tastings, coffee breaks and walking tours. These events not only allow attorneys to mingle in a relaxed setting, but also lead to mentoring relationships and good networking opportunities.
