The Women of Chadbourne

Women hold several key leadership positions at Chadbourne. For example, women serve as the leader of the Russia and the CIS practice, the managing partner of the Kyiv, Ukraine office, and the Co-Chair of the Diversity Initiative Committee and the Chair of the Pro Bono Committee.

Chadbourne is enhancing women’s experience at the Firm in a number of ways. The Women’s Group fosters professional, social and personal development for all of the Firm’s women attorneys.

Luncheons

The Women's Group holds regular events around topics of interest to its members, incoming associates and summer associates. Business development was the theme of the 2007 meetings. Education is the theme for 2008. The first luncheon featured financial planning for women. The second event, held with summer associates, featured a professional development coaching consultant, who's presentation was followed by a reception. The members of the Women's Group are available to discuss their experience at Chadbourne.

Monthly Coffee Breaks

The Monthly Coffee Breaks are just one of the ways that the Firm provides a forum where women partners and associates can network and help build the collegial atmosphere that distinguishes Chadbourne.
