• Represented a syndicate of lenders in providing $500 million in lease financing for the construction of an electric generating facility.
• Represented a major financial institution in connection with raising $750 million in a warehouse financing structure for a portion of its loan portfolio.
• Represented a syndicate of lenders in connection with restructuring more than $1 billion in secured loans extended to marine terminal operators.
• Represented a bank group in connection with restructuring more than $700 million in loans for to a manufacturing company and its domestic and foreign subsidiaries, which included providing DIP financing and a debt-for-equity exchange.
• Represented a bank group in connection with a $270 million debt-for-equity exchange for an operator of marine terminals.
