Practice Description
Vincent Dunn’s practice concentrates on representing domestic and international clients in connection with banking, finance, leasing and related transactions. Mr. Dunn has extensive experience representing both lenders and borrowers in connection with secured and unsecured lending transactions, including asset-based lending, acquisition financing, working capital facilities and structured finance.
Representative Matters
- Represented lenders in providing $1.8 billion in construction financing for the acquisition, assembly and leasing of turbine generators.
- Represented lenders in providing $500 million in lease financing for the construction of an electric generating facility.
- Represented a major financial institution in connection with raising $750 million in a warehouse financing structure for a portion of its loan portfolio.
- Represented lenders in connection with the restructuring of a $150 million put bond issued by COPEL, a major Brazilian electric utility, in a transaction recognized by International Financial Review as the 2002 "Deal of the Year.”
Honors
Mr. Dunn was recognized by Black Enterprise Magazine as one of America’s Top Black Lawyers in 2003.
