Lawyers based at these locations provide a full range of legal services to companies in the United States, including mergers and acquisitions, securities, project finance, corporate finance, energy, telecommunications, commercial and products liability litigation, securities litigation and regulatory enforcement, white collar defense, intellectual property, antitrust, domestic and international tax, insurance and reinsurance, environmental, real estate, bankruptcy and financial restructuring, employment law and ERISA, trusts and estates and government contract matters. Our lawyers work with Canadian companies and private funds conducting cross-border business in the United States and around the globe. They also assist U.S. and other non-Canadian companies and private funds conducting Canada-inbound business. Chadbourne also serves clients across Latin America, from Mexico to Argentina.
