Chadbourne’s presence in the Middle East is principally managed out of our Dubai office, which has a broad-based international commercial practice with an emphasis on work in the Gulf Arab States, including joint ventures and new businesses, investments, contracts, complex and international dispute resolution and arbitration, and due diligence and legal investigations. Drawing on the worldwide expertise and resources of Chadbourne, the Dubai office is also building the capabilities of project finance, private equity, and complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

The office’s current clients are from the United States and Canada, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and other Arab countries, Europe, Asia and Africa. They include investment and financial companies, real estate and project development companies, construction companies, oil and gas exploration and oil field service companies, healthcare organizations, media and technology companies, logistics and service companies, governmental agencies, and manufacturers, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to individual entrepreneurs.

The Dubai office works on matters in each of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, as well as other countries in the Middle East. Because of this international experience, some clients have used Chadbourne as regional counsel, directing all of their legal matters in the region through our office.
