Practice Description
Seven Rivera’s practice involves all aspects of the bankruptcy and restructuring process while representing both secured and unsecured lenders, creditors, debtors and creditor committees in complex and high-profile Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. His practice also entails representing buyers and sellers in sales and other asset dispositions both in and outside formal reorganization proceedings and providing bankruptcy advice concerning corporate transactions. Mr. Rivera has also represented foreign financial institutions in international restructurings or ancillary proceedings brought in the United States under Chapter 15 of the Bankruptcy Code.
