  • Represented Siemens Financial Services, Inc. in connection with the financing of Pattern Energy's 101.3 megawatt Santa Isabel wind project, the first major wind project in Puerto Rico.
  • Represented Siemens Financial Services, Inc., Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, and Union Bank, N.A. in connection with the financing of Pattern Energy's 151.8 megawatt Spring Valley wind project, the first major wind project in Nevada.
  • Represented Hudson Clean Energy Partners and its portfolio company, Eagle Creek Renewable Energy, in the acquisition of two hydroelectric facilities in New York.
  • Represented Duke Energy Corporation as sponsor in the US$231 million financing of a 200 megawatt wind project in Wyoming.
  • Represented the sponsor in the US$1.2 billion senior secured debt and leveraged lease financing for Phases II through V of the Alta Wind Energy Center, a 570 megawatt greenfield wind energy project in California.
  • Represented Duke Energy Corporation as sponsor in the US$375 million financing of a 290 megawatt wind portfolio in the United States.
  • Represented Sithe Global as sponsor in connection with the development of a biofuel project in Cameroon.
  • Represented Société Générale in the US$210 million construction financing of an approximately 537,000 MTA propane-to-propylene facility in Texas.
  • Represented Arkalon Ethanol as developer in the US$124 million construction financing of a 110 million gallon per year ethanol plant in Kansas.
  • Represented an equity investor in the financing of a landfill gas to pipeline quality gas project in Ohio.
  • Represented WestLB in the expansion financing of a biodiesel facility in Texas.
  • Represented GE Energy Financial Services, Inc. and others as equity investors in connection with multiple investments in wind projects.
