Chadbourne’s Dubai office opened in May 2007. The firm’s expansion into Dubai reflects our growing strength in energy, project finance and cross-border acquisitions across the Middle East region. The office is led by Jack Greenwald, a Chadbourne partner who has practiced law in Dubai since 1986. The lawyers and paralegals in the office have experience serving clients in such sectors as finance, oil and gas exploration and oil field services, construction and real estate development, healthcare, education, technology, logistics and government. They have advised clients in the Middle East on joint ventures and new businesses, project development, investments, contracts, international dispute resolution and arbitration and litigation.
