U.S. P3 Infrastructure Finance Forum 2007

June 21-22, 2007

Chadbourne counsel and former New York Governor George Pataki delivered the keynote address at P3Americas’ U.S. P3 Infrastructure Finance Forum 2007, held June 21-22 in New York. Governor Pataki spoke on “Overcoming Political Hurdles to Match Private Capital with the U.S. Transportation Funding Deficit.” The address dealt with the politics required to gain the support of state legislatures and executive-level stakeholders for public-private partnership (P3) projects. In addition, partner Douglas Fried moderated a panel discussion titled, "How Will Mega U.S. Infrastructure Transactions be Funded as the Debt Market Becomes Increasingly Mature?"

The event brought together over 400 decision makers from the U.S. infrastructure finance industry. Chadbourne was a sponsor of the event, which was organized by P3Americas.
