Representative Matters

  • Represented Pepsi-Cola General Bottlers in developing its commercial activity in Poland and, in particular, establishing a distribution chain. 
  • Headed teams of lawyers handling the due diligence processes of ZPOW Pudliszki, RUCH SA, Zakłady Przemysłu Tytoniowego w Radomiu SA and TPSA, Rafineria Gdańska SA. 
  • Participated in the implementation of the acquisition of a controlling stake of shares in Świecie SA by an international consortium. 
  • Headed a team of lawyers responsible for security offerings placed by Amerbank SA and Bank Rozwoju Eksportu SA. 
  • Acted for an American real estate developer in financing and developing warehouse distribution centers, commonly known as Warsaw Distribution Center, Ożarów Business Center and Stolica Business Center. 
  • Acted for Norwegian investors in the development and successful sale of Sadyba Best Mall development and PolNordic Office Building, as well as in the development and financing of the office building known as Viking House. 
  • Acted for an Israeli real estate investor in acquisition of a multiplex in Bemowo Center. 
  • Represented HypoVereinsbank and Invesco Investment Fund, a member of AMVESCAP Group, in the successful acquisition of Jerozolimskie Business Center in Warsaw, Euromarket Office Building in Kraków and Deloitte House office building in Warsaw. 
  • Represented BPH-PBK SA in providing financing for the sale and leaseback of the Ibis hotel chain. 
  • Represented Arka Real Estate Investment Fund, a member of BZ WBK AIB Group, in the successful acquisition of two office buildings in Warsaw and the commercial center Alfa Olsztyn Center. 
  • Represented E&L Belgian Real Estate Development Group in the successful sale of an office building development in Poznań and acquisition of commercial properties. 
  • Represented Caelum Investment Group, a group of Irish investors, in the successful acquisition of several retail centers, office buildings and forward funding developments, including Okęcie Commercial Center in Warsaw, Madison Shopping Center in Gdańsk, Real unit in Rzeszów, Ahold unit in Chojnice, Askana Retail Center in Gorzów, Praktiker unit in Rybnik, two office buildings in Warsaw and Poznań, three office/retail units in Kalisz, a commercial unit in Grudziądz and Praktiker unit in Szczecin.
