Representative Matters

• Represented a number of international corporations with regard to their activities in Poland, including Pepsi-Cola General Bottlers, in particular in connection with establishing their distribution network, Landis & Gyr (presently Siemens) as well as an American real estate developer in financing and development of their warehouse distribution networks known as Warsaw Distribution Center, Ożarów Business Center and Stolica Business Center.
• Represented such real estate companies like the Irish investment group Caelum, Belgian investment group E&L, and also investment funds Arka, HypoVereinsbank and Invesco, in successful sales, acquisitions, developments and financings of office buildings, commercial and retails centers, and other properties throughout the country, each transaction worth over EUR 100 million.
• Headed a team of lawyers responsible for security offerings placed by Amerbank S.A. and Bank Rozwoju Eksportu S.A. and headed teams of lawyers handling numerous due diligence processes, including those related with the privatization of the tobacco manufacturing plant in Radom, Celuloza Świecie paper and pulp producer and Gdańsk oil refinery.
