Firm Management
Chadbourne & Parke LLP is directed by a five-partner Management Committee elected by the partnership; day-to-day executive management is undertaken by the Firm's Managing Partner. All matters of significance to the Firm at large are discussed and voted on by the full partnership. Views are expressed openly and freely from all areas of the Firm, from new as well as senior partners. The partnership as a whole has a controlling voice over the direction of the Firm. In matters of collegiality and democracy, the partnership at Chadbourne is, we believe, rare among larger firms.
