• Representing Caithness Energy and GE Energy Finance in the financing of a 850 MW wind project in Oregon, including the application for a U.S. Department of Energy loan guaranty in support of the debt financing for the project.
• Representing the lenders to Pannonia Ethanol, an ethanol facility under development in Hungary.
• Represented lenders in connection with debt restructuring of the Pixley ethanol facility in California.
• North American Development Bank as senior lender to FronteraFIRST in connection with their municipal financing program for rooftop solar and other energy efficiency programs in the City of San Diego and San Diego County.
• Representing Jamaica Energy Partners in connection with the expansion of its existing power plant in Jamaica.
• Representing a consortium in connection with toll road privatization project in Puerto Rico.
• Represented the lenders in connection with GenPower Holdings’ $130 million construction financing for the Dunkard Creek water treatment facility which will service Longview Power, LLC's approximately 769 megawatt coal-fired power generation facility being developed in Monongalia County, West Virginia.
• Represented developer in turbine and construction loan financing of 65MW wind farm in Pennsylvania.
• Represented sponsor in workout and divestiture of water and wastewater services concession in Puerto Rico.
• Represented commercial lenders in $250 million expansion of nitrogen injection facility in Mexico.
• Represented developer in multiple financings and acquisitions related to developer's portfolio of landfill-to-gas projects located across the United States.
• Represented lenders in financing of upstream and midstream oil and gas project in Arkansas.
• Represented lender in equipment financing of heat recovery system generators for portfolio of power plants.
• Represented lender in acquisition and project financing of hazardous waste recycling facility.
• Represented lender in connection with project financing of Mexican copper mine.
• Represented lender in connection with project financing of Mexican gold mine.
• Represented issuers and underwriters in common stock, debt and hybrid securities offerings including primary and secondary offerings, sovereign offerings, private placements and Regulation S offerings.
