Henry Oechler’s experience in the airline industry has been nationally recognized. He has also been actively involved in the firm’s products liability work. Mr. Oechler’s practice has extended all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court where he argued one of the leading cases on the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA) in a matter involving the mandatory retirement of pilots of a major airline.
