Chadbourne counseled CAMBA/CAMBA Housing Ventures, Inc. in the formation of various legal entities and in the negotiation of financing documents related to the construction of a new supportive housing development in Flatbush, Brooklyn. Supportive housing is a combination of affordable housing with services that help people facing the challenge of homelessness to live more stable, productive lives.

CAMBA is a Brooklyn-based non-profit organization. It is a full-service agency providing a continuum of education, employment, health-related, housing, legal, social, business and community economic development and youth services to more than 30,000 individuals each year in Brooklyn.
