Adam D. Gale, Counsel
Adam is an expert on regulatory and compliance issues affecting private equity funds and hedge funds. He represents both established fund managers and start-up entities. Adam speaks and writes extensively on regulatory issues and has been quoted in numerous articles concerning funds, including CFO Magazine, Alternative Investment News and The Hedge Fund Law Report. Adam is the head of Chadbourne's hedge fund practice group.

Edouard Markson, Partner
Ted regularly counsels clients, including private funds, on tax matters in connection with their formation, mergers and acquisitions, and financing transactions. Prior to joining Chadbourne, he was a director in the Tax Advisory group at Credit Suisse, where his responsibilities included advising the bank's alternative investment and global structuring departments.
