Breakfast Seminar on Brazilian Capital Markets

The event will address the development, current stage, and regulatory environment of Brazilian capital markets. Speakers will provide basic and relevant information on the authorities involved, the CVM (the Brazilian SEC equivalent) and the São Paulo Stock Exchange.

In addition, speakers will lay out opportunities for foreign investors in the Brazilian securities market, including available tax benefits. Discussion will also focus on opportunities for both raising funds in the Brazilian capital markets and for private equity funds investing in the Brazilian securities market.
