Chadbourne partner, Douglas M. Fried, moderated a panel discussion titled "Highways Market Watch (II) - What Are The Developers Saying?" at the US P3 Infrastructure Finance Forum 2009. The meeting was held June 18 - 19, 2009 at the Millennium Broadway Hotel in New York City.

The session was held from 3:55 p.m. - 4:35 p.m and focused on how the lack of liquidity and declining economic growth is affecting toll road assets and developers in their strategies in bidding for new P3 projects.
