The Coming Wave . . . What the Turmoil in the Credit Markets Means — and What to Expect in 2008

Chadbourne & Parke sponsored a program at its offices in New York on October 24 that examined changes in the credit markets, the impact of those changes on the U.S. and international restructuring landscapes, and the anticipated practical and legal effects of the credit crunch. 

The program began with introductory remarks from The Honorable George E. Pataki, former Governor of New York, who spoke about some of the public policy issues raised by the current turmoil in the markets. Speakers included:
