Chadbourne’s office in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates opened in May 2007. The expansion into Dubai reflects the Firm’s strong practices in energy, project finance and cross-border acquisitions, as well as our expanding client relationships in the Middle East.
The office is led by Jack Greenwald, a Chadbourne partner who has practiced law in Dubai since 1986. The lawyers and paralegals in the office have experience serving clients in such sectors as financial services, oil and gas exploration and oil field services, construction and real estate development, healthcare, education, technology, logistics and government.
