Dmitry Khotsanov focuses on banking and finance transactions. He advises international banks (inter alia, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development) and commercial banks (inter alia, ZAO Raiffeisenbank, Bank Société Générale Vostok) in relation to various financings (including secured financings) and other financial operations. Mr. Khotsanov has significant experience working on due diligence projects, as well as advising on various issues of Private International Law and International Commercial Arbitration.
Representative Matters
- Advised EBRD and a syndicate of banks on the $250 million long term financing to the Russian oilfield services provider Integra Group.
- Advised EBRD on two secured loans (for $40 million and $35 million) to OJSC Avtokran, a leading Russian machine building plant.
- Advised EBRD on RUR 4 billion loan to LLC Guardian Steklo Ryazan for construction and operation of float-glass plant.
- Represented Bank Société Générale Vostok (ZAO) on $20 million secured financing to ZAO Invest-El.
- Advised Bank Société Générale Vostok (ZAO) on $18,5 million secured loan to ZAO STD-Reserve.
- Represented ZAO Raiffeisenbank and ZAO UniCredit Bank on a $95 million loan arranged by to ZAO Krinum.
- Represented ZAO Raiffeisenbank on RUR 1,15 billion syndicated loan to OJSC Firm Transgarant.
- Represented ZAO Raiffeisenbank on $45 million loan to "Krasnaya Rosa (Red Rose) 1875".
- Represented a syndicated of banks with ZAO Raiffeisenbank Austria as lead arranger with respect to 1 billion Rubles loan to JOSC KB "Center-Invest".
- Represented a syndicate of banks with ZAO Raiffeisenbank Austria as lead arranger with respect to a RUR 490 million syndicated loan to OAO Kraiinvestbank, which was guaranteed by the Administration of Krasnodarsky Krai.
- Represented HOLCIM Auslandbeteiligungs GMBH in relation to proposed acquisition of interest in the Russian cement producing company.
- Represented Pepsi Co and Pepsi Bottling Group in the $1.4 billion acquisition of a 75.53 percent stake in the juice business of Lebedyansky, Russia's largest juice producer.
