Practice Description
Charles Hord’s practice is primarily related to corporate and finance law. During his career, he has advised a number of companies and financial institutions concerning a broad range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions involving both public and private companies, domestic and foreign joint ventures, public offerings and private placements of securities, institutional and bank lending, restructurings, leveraged recapitalizations and buy-outs, leasing and structured financings. These transactions have involved a broad range of businesses, including manufacturing, retailing, energy, technology, life insurance, publishing and telecommunications.
