Practice Description

Bruce Sheffler’s practice focuses on products liability. He has participated in the defense of hundreds of complex products liability cases around the country, including class actions and other consolidated actions. He has also assisted in the defense of products litigation in a number of international jurisdictions including the United Kingdom and Canada.

Representative Matters

Mr. Sheffler has successfully defended The American Tobacco Company and Brown & Williamson Tobacco Corporation in products liability trials in state and/or federal courts in New York, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Indiana, Louisiana and Mississippi.
