Bonnie Dye focuses her practice primarily on bankruptcy and financial restructuring. Ms. Dye has experience in a variety of bankruptcy situations, including the representation of secured and unsecured lenders, creditors and creditors' committees in Chapter 11 insolvencies.
Representative Matters
Ms. Dye's experience includes assisting in the representation of:
- Multiple creditors, including hedge funds and other private institutions, in the Lehman Brothers bankruptcy cases.
- Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the Tribune Company Chapter 11 cases.
- Citicorp North America, Inc., as a creditor in the Mesa Air Group, Inc. Chapter 11 cases.
- HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as indenture trustee for approximately $1.34 billion of unsecured bond debt in several different series and member of the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the AbitibiBowater Inc. Chapter 11 cases.
