Kate McSweeny’s practice focuses on litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution. Her extensive experience in appellate-level brief writing allowed her to serve as a lead drafter in five briefs to the United States Supreme Court in 2009-2010 alone. Prior to attending law school, Ms. McSweeny had a lengthy career as a television executive.
