Agency Finance

Chadbourne has a preeminent practice representing public agencies that participate in infrastructure project financings in emerging markets. We regularly represent multilateral development banks, including both members of the World Bank Group and numerous regional development banks active in Latin America, Eastern and Central Europe, Asia and Africa. We also represent export credit agencies and bilateral investment-promotion and development agencies.

Chadbourne also has extensive experience in projects that are co-financed by one or more of such agencies together with commercial banks, institutional investors and bond offerings.
