Practice Description
Adriana Bronikowska focuses in complex infrastructure projects, including undertakings assigned to the public sector. Her experience encompasses legal advising for private partners and is connected with the sectors of transportation, healthcare, sports and leisure infrastructure, and water supply and wastewater. Ms. Bronikowska also advises on real estate transactions, including all phases of real property acquisition and development. She has participated in negotiations and preparation of multiple sale transactions of commercial, industrial and housing properties, development contracts, supply and servicing contracts (e.g. property management).
Representative Matters
- Advised the Polish National Roads and Motorways Agency on PPP projects involving tender procedures, including preparation of DBFO contracts, relating to sections of motorways in Poland, (a section of the motorway A1 from Strykow to Pyrzowice and a section of the motorway A2 from Stryków to Konotopa).
- Advised the Ministry of Sport and Tourism in preparation of the Polish part of the Polish-Ukrainian bid for organization of the European Football Championship UEFA EURO 2012.
- Advised the Municipal Water Supply and Wastewater Treatment Company of the Capital City of Warsaw (MPWiK SA) in the project aimed at securing long-term financing for the modernization of Warsaw’s wastewater treatment system.
- Advises an international water supply and wastewater operator in a take-over under management of an internal water and wastewater installation.
- Advised Raiffeisen Evolution Project Development Sp. z o.o. in numerous development projects encompassing real property sale transactions, development processes, commercialization of retail space and sale of apartments.
