Veteran Capital Markets Attorney Joins Chadbourne & Parke's Moscow Office

Addition of Simon H.P. Morgan Strengthens Firm's Banking and Finance Practice in Russia and Central and Eastern Europe

The international law firm Chadbourne & Parke LLP announced today that banking and finance attorney Simon H.P. Morgan has joined its Moscow office as partner, expanding the firm's capital markets practice in Russia and Central and Eastern Europe.

Mr. Morgan was most recently a partner with White & Case where he served as head of the Central and Eastern European capital markets practice, head of the Moscow bank finance and capital markets groups and co-head of the Central and Eastern European banking and finance practice.

Mr. Morgan has nearly two decades of experience counseling clients in the structured finance, securitization, restructuring and capital markets sectors. His practice includes representing regional and international borrowers, issuers, arrangers and lenders and he has worked on some of the most innovative public securitizations by commercial bank originators in Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine and Turkey.

Mr. Morgan received his B.A. in 1985 from the University of Wales, his C.P.E. in 1989 from the College of Law in London and his S.F.E. in 1990 from the College of Law in York.
