Our prior client alert dated October 19, 2011, which can be found here, advised that the new notice requirement under the National Labor Relations Act was scheduled to become effective on January 31, 2012. Please note that the effective date has been postponed to April 30, 2012. The National Labor Relations Board's press release regarding this postponement can be found here.
