Chadbourne represented Credit Suisse as initial purchaser in the offering by Delek & Avner-Yam Tethys Ltd. of $175 million Senior Secured Notes and $100 million Floating Rate Senior Secured Notes under Rule 144A/Regulation S for the financing of Yam Tethys offshore natural gas project in Israel.
