Chadbourne Partners to Discuss TOUSA Case Study

Chadbourne partners Thomas Hall and Seven Rivera will participate in a panel discussion on the legal and financial issues relating to the In re TOUSA case as part of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) NY's 14th Annual April Fools Educational Workshop and Cocktail Reception. Topics to be discussed include subsidiary guarantees, solvency analysis and reasonably equivalent value.
