On June 30, Lynne Gedanken spoke during the session "Nuclear Power in Africa Too Big? Too Expensive?" on the topic of new power plants and how to facilitate their building in Africa. This Forum allowed attendees to discuss business opportunities associated with the restructuring of the power sector, the development and utilization of Africa's natural gas resources, and the exploration and development of the continent's oil resources.
