Chadbourne represented Motorola on its structuring of an early joint venture, Ukraine Radio Systems. In this capacity we were responsible for drafting and negotiation of various joint venture agreements , as well as advising on regulatory aspects of ownership and operation of mobile communications services in Ukraine, including preparation of frequency tenders.
