Daniel Sinaiko participated in the panel discussion entitled "Investing in Large Scale Solar Power Generation" at the Solar Power Generation USA Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada on January 21st.

During the discussion, Mr. Sinaiko assessed the different financing structures outside the traditional banking world for large scale solar development and evaluated the decision-making process for investors.
