Chadbourne represented GLG Partners Inc., a New York Stock Exchange company and FSA authorized and regulated investment manager, and certain of its directors in class action litigation commenced in New York and Delaware on behalf of its public shareholders challenging and seeking to enjoin a $1.6 billion merger with Man Group plc, a British fund manager. Thereafter, a settlement was reached allowing the merger to close.
