Chadbourne represented Conexant Systems, Inc., a California-based communications semiconductor company, in its Rule 144A offering of $275 million of floating rate senior secured notes, secured by substantially all of its assets (primarily intellectual property), and is representing Conexant in connection with the registered exchange offer to exchange the Rule 144A notes for substantially identical notes registered under the Securities Act.
