Marc Rossell, Partner at Chadbourne and Parke moderated a panel discussion titled "Overview of Today’s Capital Markets and Accessing Infrastructure Capital," at the Project Finance Tutorial Brazil conference held October 25-26, 2010 in São Paulo, Brazil.

The panel presented recent changes in the Brazilian capital markets and had a discussion about the role of capital markets products as an alternative form to obtain resources to infrastructure projects.
