NYSBA International Law and Practice Section Seasonal Meeting

Mark Pring and John Cahill took part in panels on September 18 at the seasonal meeting of the New York State Bar Association’s International Law and Practice Section, held in Stockholm, Sweden. Mr. Pring co-chaired “Recent Developments in International Arbitration: What Practitioners Everywhere Need to Know,” with Ulf Franke, Secretary General of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Cahill moderated the plenary session, “Global Challenge: The Need for Legal Harmonization and International Commitments — Do We Need a Post 2012 Climate Change Treaty?” He also spoke on the panel “PPP/PFI in the Energy Sector: A Means to Stimulate New Investments and Technology.”
