Our clients have substantial exposures in the Chapter 11 of this 158-year old global financial institution brought down by the credit crisis. We are actively involved with all facets of the Lehman bankruptcy cases, which are ongoing in countries across the world. Our clients have claims arising from Lehman structured notes, guarantees and various derivative transactions, as well as substantial claims and positions related to Lehman's prime brokerage activities on behalf of our hedge fund clients.
