Chadbourne represented Alfa Bank, a selling shareholder with a 25% stake of CTC Media, a Russian media company. CTC Media closed an initial public offering on NASDAQ. The size of the offering was approximately $358 million out of a total market capitalization of $2.1 billion. $245 million of the securities offered were sold by existing shareholders. The lead underwriter was Morgan Stanley.
