Green Energy M&A Outlook for 2012

Chadbourne partner Jonathan M.A. Melmed moderated a morning panel entitled "Financing & Structuring Corporate M&A Deals" at the Green Energy M&A Outlook for 2012 conference on November 15, 2011.  The two day conference was held at the infocast meeting center from November 15 -16, 2011 in Santa Clara, CA.

The conference addressed how renewable energy, energy efficiency, smart grid and cleantech are growing into busy markets for M&A. The panel shared insights and discussed expectations for green company M&A in 2012 and provided valuable market intelligence into the changing industry landscape.
