Gateway to Opportunities Compliance/Ethics Marathon

Alan Raylesberg led a roundtable discussion as part of a program titled, "Gateway to Opportunities/Compliance/Ethics Marathon." Sponsored by the Greater New York Chapter of the Association of Corporate America, Mr. Raylesberg's discussion on "The Do's and Don't's of Internal Investigations" focused on the "hot" topics of internal investigations. The topics included whether and when to conduct an investigation, who should conduct it, issues of attorney-client privilege including the selective waiver doctrine and some of the mechanics of doing interviews and otherwise handling the investigation itself. The program attracted approximately 100 attendees.
