Phoebe Wilkinson spoke at the Fourth Annual Drug and Medical Device Conference held November 1-2 at the Millennium Broadway Hotel in New York. Ms. Wilkinson’s presentation was titled, “Foreign Plaintiffs’ Ongoing Efforts to Litigate Personal Injury Suits in the United States.” Chadbourne was a preferred partner of the event, which was organized by Marcus Evans Conferences.
