Chadbourne represented several hedge fund claimants in arbitration against an alternative investment firm. The hedge funds were former members of the alternative investment firm and the five-day arbitration hearing concerned the effective date of their withdrawal and the value of their interest at that date. The arbitration panel rendered an award in favor of our clients and granted rights to a multimillion dollar distribution.
