Chadbourne represented Core Value Partners in its acquisition through Heartland Food Corp. of approximately 127 Burger King® restaurants in the Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin markets, and in further add-on acquisitions of an additional 122 Burger King® restaurants, the franchisees of which filed for bankruptcy or were in distress.
