Todd Alexander, Paul Weber and Marissa Alcala were instructors at a November 1 pre-conference workshop titled "Negotiating and Documenting the Key Biofuels Project Agreements." On November 2, Mr. Alexander provided the opening remarks for the conference and gave a presentation titled "Evaluating Biofuels Project Feasibility & Financeability."
