Chadbourne partner Thomas Hall will be a panel speaker at the annual Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal Symposium.  This annual symposium brings together judges, academics and practitioners to discuss current issues and developments in bankruptcy law and will be held on March 3, 2011.  The title of the session is "Fraudulent Conveyances: More Than Just a Theoretical Risk in Structuring Loans and Guarantees."
