Chadbourne acted as counsel to the Creditors' Committee in a bankruptcy dealing with cutting-edge technology issues and FCC regulatory problems. Pocket, the second largest bidder in the FCC auction of C-block wireless telecommunications licenses, owed the FCC and trade creditors in excess of $1.6 billion.
